I Love this place very much and I don't want to leave this place. They are offering beer at $0.75 with fried salty peanuts (beer jug at $4). You can enjoy the river view while sip your favourite drink and also good place for relax and people watching. 24/7 service. There are night clubs and massage parlours also located near to this place. Night market is 5 minutes away from here by walk. Clean and good service.

Utterly appalling. Worst food served in phnom phen by far. Unclean environment. Ordered salmon and mashed potatoes which were served cold, staff were unfriendly and unhelpful when I asked for it to be heated. First really bad foodie experience in phnom phen. Anywhere else has to be better value for money.

If you want some nice people from abroad you should come but not recomend for looking native friends

My pizza was raw! Meat and base were totally. Uncooked. Management were not helpful. Staff were excellent but food was a joke.

Stopped for lunch : Khmer soup and basil fried chicken, both tasty but rice dry. Service okay. Situated across the street from the river and on a corner, so outside is bit noisy. Decor looks bit shabby - probably better at night.

It's good to sit outside in the evening and have a 1 Dollar beer or more and watch the old White Silver Backs... doing the things they are here for...

Beer is 75c a draught. The food seems rather expensive, although not overly so as it seems to be the norm in Phnom Penh.

Happy hour from 7am till 11pm. Longest happy hour in South East Asia? 😉 Did not try the food but drinks are well priced, location is excellent and most important they do not chest with the bill!! Service efficiency and location as said overlooking the river and right next to all the girly Bars.

I like the salads there but too many people just sit there and drink and smoke. It's more of a bar now so I go elsewhere. Staff are very nice. There are buttons on the table to get service or the bill.

This resto has one of the best locations in the riverside. You can suck down $0.75 happy hour (till 11pm) drafts and watch the world walk buy. Decent food at an affordable price. This sweet and sour pork was $4.50. They make a great burger, thai food and western style breakfasts. One of the best places in PP to get a cheap beer and people watch.

If you're new in Phnom Penh then this is a nice place to come after 5pm to watch the world go round.

Ambience is nice as it is close to the riverside park. Beer is pretty cheap at just 1 USD. I ordered a pizza which was decent but felt that it was a little expensive.They also offer plenty of Asian dishes and I thought that the Nasi Goreng and Nasi Lemak are particularly expensive at 6.50 USD each. These are common and popular dishes native to Malaysia, and are usually priced at about 5.50 to 6 MYR, which is less than 1.50 USD.

Nice cafe/restaurant in a good location opposite the river. Drinks and meals are Good.Service too. I have been there 2 times ...and 2 times were there some drunken woman, I think from the nearby red light district, who talked very loud and shouted. I don't understand, that they were allowed to stay. If I was the manager, I kicked them out, because they were annoying the other guests.

Located in a convenient corner in front of Riverview. Al fresco dinning with a run of an extensive menu of international cuisine. The food quality is not too bad and portions are sizable. The only thing you have to watch for is that the bill. We had additional items added to the bill. 😑

A touristic attraction. Lots of street sellers, long open walk way beside the river. There is busy night life around the Night market and the Royal palace, but you have to be very careful with thieves. The river is a bit smelly sometimes, but is interesting to see, thought, better know it is full of garbage down under.

Good place for vistting phnompenh. The food is quite ok.

Cheap beer , clean bathrooms. Food is okay. Too many old , European lechers around so don't sit alone. Good view of Riverside.

Very good place to enjoy beer and khmer food

It's nice to be open 24h, however, throughout he early hours, a tuktuk parks opposite blasting KTV music from speakers, so the atmosphere is stressful and not nice to be in.

Food was good. Massive range good enough for those that struggle with local foods. service fun. Location supurb with great view.but trafic noise.

Good view from upstairs as you see life go by. The beer is on happy hour till 11pm and that helps too. Service was not great with no response to the service button once the place got busy but that is part of the deal in most places.

Nice view and good atmosphere for relaxing and chilling with friends.

This is 1 of my favourite restaurants in Phomn PENH, CAMBODIA. They do 1 of my most favourite meals here, THE CHICKEN CROQUET, which is a decent piece of chicken breast grilled with mushroom sauce over the top. Chicken is placed on mash potatoes & few veggies.

I been coming here for a little less then a year for breakfast and other meals. I ordered a breakfast that comes with a coffee. I get my bill and I was up charged for the ice coffee which was never done before. I said the coffee comes with the meal. He said he gave me the ice coffee. I come here on the regular and will not be coming back.

Seemed like a fun place. I got fake Jim Beam here. I’m not necessarily blaming the bar what they order and what they get aren’t the same thing, just watch out. I’ve gotten real sick once or twice from fake booze out here. Nice patio, girls were there but not pushy so you can go just for the patio and some drinks.

We chose English breakfast... the one piece of Bacon was the size of a peanut! They forgot the beans and tea... Staff watched us eat every mouthful , very disturbing. Only has good location right on the river.

The prices of this riverside corner place don't seem to have changed much in the past decade, which makes it a bargain these days. The quality of food and cocktails is not great, but not terrible either. And it's cheap in prime location.

The only good thing of this place is the moment the taxi guys get out of the view onto the river. The drinks at breakfast come from a can... Sad to have a not fresh juice in the morning. The pancakes took 20 minutes to arrive. After asking the second time she told me there was only 1 staff working today in the kitchen... Unfortunately the kitchen is very transparent with see through glass where I could see 5 people working... I told her and she was like.... Ye... Ye... It was 1 big fat pancake with some sirup next to it. Not honey at all. Besides that the whole time your sitting the riskja guys are annoying with asking every 2 seconds if you want to go somewhere.

Staff and Atmosphere good. Just don't eat here.
